AUS 2017 – Night Photography Workhop | Namibia Night Photography
SPECIAL ADDITION TO AUS 2017 – Night Photography

The workshop is scheduled over new moon, giving us the opportunity to marvel and photograph the clear night sky of the Namib. The location is ideal, as there is virtually no light pollution. Anybody who has seen the night sky in the desert will understand our choice:

Exciting news is that Florian Breuer will be joining us as a presenter for this workshop.  His youth, enthusiasm and undisputed talent will be an exciting addition to the team. He has attended several of our workshops before and shares our philosophy and vision.

What makes his addition particularly exciting specifically for the Namib workshop is his interest in night photography. Few photographers have not seen this image of quiver trees and the milky way in Country Life Magazine. It was also shortlisted for the 2013 Sony World Photography Awards:

A similar image, taken the same night, was a finalist in the 2012 Environment Photographer of the Year.
In 2014 another of his night shots, Smoke on the water, was commended at the Sony World Photography Awards:

We can only accommodate 12 participants on the workshops and very few places are left. Immediate booking is therefore essential.
